If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
